[SHOT 2025] Shining Some Light on Holosun’s Latest!
Holosun took the opportunity to launch a plethora of new products at SHOT Show this year. They ran us through the variant optics and other lasers.
DPS Thermal
Holosun are continuing to develop their thermal offerings with the DPS Thermal for pistols.
Digital Pistol Sight – Thermal is a red dot and thermal fusion sight. It features an LED MRS (Multi-Reticle System) with an additional option to use a digital reticle. The thermal overlay is projected onto a 640×480 resolution display at 50 fps. The sight’s sensor is powered by an 18350 battery that is removable and rechargeable. It is also night vision compatible.

MP3X
Holosun’s MP3X is a 3X fixed-magnification, micro- sized prism optic. It’s designed for speed at close distances and precision at intermediate ranges. MP3X’s housing is made from 7075 aluminum, its reticle is etched, making it astigmatism-friendly, and illuminated with both red and green and features BDC holdovers with ranging functionality. It’s powered by a CR2032 battery and weighs 8.82oz.
ARO-EVO
The ARO-EVO is Holosun’s ARO (Advanced Rifle Optic) EVOlved. The ARO-EVO features a new 26mm housing design which expands the sight picture. The new ARO-EVO is designed to mate perfectly with Holosun’s series of magnifiers.
The ARO-EVO is available with Holosun’s new Special Purpose Reticle (SPR) which is a bullet-drop compensating and ranging reticle. Otherwise the optic comes with a 2 MOA dot in Red, Green, and Gold.
The sight is powered by a CR2032 and has up to 50,000 hours of battery life. It has 8 daylight and 4 night vision brightness settings.
RONIN-AMES
The Ronin Advanced Enclosed Micro Sight offers a really large 40mm X 30mm objective lens it is available with a green or red LED with the 32MOA ring with 2MOA dot MRS (Multi-Reticle System). Powered by a CR2032 it has a Corrosion-resistant aluminum housing and on the right side it also has a Ronin Tactical logo engraving. With an MSRP of $635.28.
