Savage 110 Pro Pursuit: Going Upscale, Again
Savage Arms has announced a new up-spec’d rifle just in time for 2024’s fall hunting season. The new Savage 110 Pro Pursuit is based on a familiar action, the 110-series pattern, but with several updates that should make it a much better shooter for the serious big game killer.

The Savage 110 Pro Pursuit comes with a lightweight Grayboe Phoenix 2 stock, painted with an earth-tone camo finish. There’s an M-LOK rail on the bottom of the forend, and the stock has adjustable comb height and length-of-pull to dial the fit in. QC cup adapters are built-in, for easy sling attachment, and the rifle has a one-piece magazine frame for AICS-pattern mags. From the factory, the rifle ships with a three-round AICS-style magazine.
The barrel is a 20-incher from Proof Research, made of stainless steel wrapped in carbon fiber for rigidity and weight savings. The muzzle is threaded in 5/8×24 pitch, with Omniport muzzle brake pre-installed.
There’s a 20 MOA one-piece scope rail atop the action, and the action itself deviates slightly from the standard 110 pattern. It’s made of stainless steel with Magpul OD Green Cerakote finish, and Savage says the bolt head was updated with dual ejectors and an “enhanced extractor.” Of course, an AccuTrigger is standard.
At this point, the rifle is available in right-hand configuration only.
