Ruger Celebrates its 75th Anniversary with a Limited Edition No.1

 

2024 marks Ruger’s 75th anniversary as an American firearms manufacturer. Whether you learnt to shoot with a Ruger 10-22, carry a Ruger American or enjoy plinking at the range with anything from a Mk IV to a Super Blackhawk many of us have enjoyed Ruger’s firearms over the years. Now to celebrate their 75th anniversary Ruger have announced a limited run of 75 special edition engraved Ruger No.1s, the company’s classic falling block single shot rifle which was first introduced back in 1967.

Each limited edition 75th anniversary model features an “R75” serial number prefix and each rifle features scrollwork engraving accentuated by a gold inlayed Ruger Eagle and 75th Anniversary emblem on its receiver. Only 75 of these rifles will be built and will have a special “1 of 75” engraved on the bottom of the receiver. The engraved 75th anniversary No.1 has an MSRP of $7,500.00.

The diamond anniversary edition of the No. 1 rifle is handsomely adorned with attractive scrollwork engraving that accentuates the gold and silver Ruger Eagle and 75th anniversary emblem.This commemorative Ruger No. 1 is chambered in .270 Win. and features a 22” barrel with express sights and integral scope mounts machined directly on the solid steel quarter rib. High-grade American walnut compliments the beauty and elegance of the receiver and barrel.”
