POTD: Flying Heckler & Kochs
If your shooting platform for the day consists of an NH90 Helicopter, you better bring as much stability as possible with you. Even if you bring the best in terms of firearms and optics, and someone provides blue skies, it’s going to be a real challenge to hit those steel targets from an angle. In this Photo Of The Day, we enjoy some of Germany’s finest from Heckler & Koch and Schmidt & Bender. My best guess is that we’re looking at G36Ks and G27s here.
The NHIndustries NH90 is a European medium-sized, twin-engine, multirole military helicopter.
G36Ks with brass collectors (a must in a helicopter) and EOTechs with magnifiers. Looks like this operator got a few hits with him.
I’d love to give this exercise a try! How do you feel about it? Steel targets or feral hogs?
