Laugo Arms Releases the Alien Remus Concealed Carry Pistol

Laugo Arms out of the Czech Republic, debuted in the world of pistol manufacturing in 2019 with the Alien, a pistol that re-wrote the concept of “low bore axis” and showed that “out of the box” thinking is still possible in pistol design. The drawbacks of such a model are the very high cost and the poor fit for concealed carry; now the Alien Remus fixes one of these points, adding further innovation along the way.

Laugo Arms Alien Remus: Introduction

The main new features that the Alien Remus brings to the game, compared to full-size Alien, are the “push-to-rack” lever, which allows racking the slide by pressing in front of the otherwise stationary RDO, and the slide-mounted, low-profile safety lever. The operation of both features (and a lot more) can be seen in Polenar Tactical’s video, released on the day of the pistol’s launch.

Laugo Arms Alien Remus: Price and Availability

The pistol, in its Limited Edition kit, is currently available for preorder directly from Laugo Arms USA, at this page, with deliveries expected between January and July 2025, at $6,200 MSRP. Indeed, so far Laugo focused on portability, not on offering a solution for the masses.
