KRISS KYMERA – A New Hammer-Fired Modular Handgun
It’s been a while since we heard anything from KRISS USA, but their new KYMERA is just around the corner. According to KRISS, the KYMERA is a modular hammer-fired pistol designed for maximum versatility and user customization. Scheduled for its debut at the 2025 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, the KYMERA aims to appeal to both professional users and shooting enthusiasts with its highly adaptable design.

The KYMERA is chambered in 9mm and features a Double Action/Single Action (DA/SA) operation. The pistol is compatible with CZ75 magazines. One of its standout features is a modular grip system with replaceable modules of varying angles and sizes, allowing shooters to adjust the fit to their hand size and natural point of aim. This adaptability is said to improve ergonomics and control, enhancing overall shooting performance.
The KYMERA can be configured as a full-size or compact pistol, making it suitable for personal defense, competition, or general-purpose use. It supports a wide range of modular components and upgrades. The slide is optics-ready and designed in collaboration with Agency Arms, incorporating the Agency Optic System (AOS) plate for mounting red dots, along with an integral rear sight cut.
By focusing on modularity, customization, and adaptability, the KRISS KYMERA provides shooters with a highly flexible platform tailored to their specific needs.
Pricing and availability details will be announced later this year. We wish we had more details, but at this point in time the specifications have not yet been released. Those attending SHOT Show can take a closer look at the Kymera in KRISS USA’s booth #15238, and the team from TFB will be there to share their experience.
