Beretta Launches A300 Ultima Snow Goose

Beretta continues to add to the A300 family of shotguns. The newest iteration is the A300 Ultima Snow Goose, which is fittingly named for its prey of choice. These are feature-loaded guns that bring upgrades more commonly seen on 3-gun or tactical shotguns over into the hunting realm.

Long barrels are the name of the game for goose guns, and the A300 Ultima Snow Goose has a 28-inch tube. The barrel is finished with an extended choke tube, and the barrel extends beyond the magazine tube for easy silencer mounting. Speaking of the magazine tube, it is also quite long and holds 10 rounds of 2 ¾-inch shells or nine 3-inch shells. The receiver is cut for RMR-pattern red dot sights. Beretta also fitted MLOK slots to the handguard and the magazine clamp to provide mounting points for cameras, should you wish to film your hunts.

From the manufacturer:

“NEW FOR 2024 IS THE A300 ULTIMA SNOW GOOSE. Using the latest technologies to give you the edge over those wary birds, the A300 Ultima Snow Goose ensures your success during your snow goose conservation season. Made by snow goose hunters for snow goose hunters, this feature-packed shotgun has it all.”

There are two versions of the A300 Ultima Snow Goose. The standard black synthetic model has an MSRP of $1,359. The other model has an Arctic Fox camo finish and an MSRP of $1,459. Other than the color, both models are very similar with the exception of a “match saver” (or on this gun, bird saver?) shell holder on the Arctic Fox version that allows for a quick single-shot reload when the gun runs dry.
