I think they got us all covered with that wide description, so let’s take a closer look at the key features and highlights:
A reverse-crowned bull barrel for top-tier accuracy.A durable two-tone Cerakote finish for style and scratch resistance.Ambidextrous thumb safety and aggressive grip texture for superior control.Optic-ready slide with fully adjustable rear sights.Ships with 17- and 20-round magazines, a 4.5 lb. tuned trigger, and a travel case.
Priced at $989, this pistol exemplifies their “Why Pay More” campaign, which is said to deliver premium features without the premium price tag, or the sometimes extremely long delivery times for similar 1911s.
Below: Full-length frame & accessory rail. The color is a two-tone Tungsten and Black.
According to EAA, this Match edition delivers exceptional performance at 25 yards. As I’ve said before, my experience with 1911s is limited – apart from Open Division Race guns! I’m quite tempted to take the challenge and try it should I get the chance, but it’s always good to see handguns being marketed for anything beyond 7 yards.
