FALCO Holsters Launches Hybrid Holsters Featuring New TalonGuard Syste
FALCO Holsters has announced leather/Kydex hybrid holsters featuring the company’s innovative new TalonGuard system. These hybrid holsters combine premium Italian leather and a customized Kydex insert, covering the trigger guard on both sides for enhanced safety and improved retention.
Three models are available, all featuring the Kydex TalonGuard, with the A910 holster fully leather-enclosed and the A911 and the A911 L having exteriors consisting of half leather and half Kydex. FALCO’s A910 and A911 holsters are meant to be used with a firearm only, while the A911 L is a light-bearing holster. Speaking of options, all three are available for a large variety of pistols and revolvers covering over 2,455 handguns and 80 plus lights, with color choices and options suitable for most iron sight and optics setups, making these holsters highly configurable for almost any EDC.
FALCO TalonGuard Hybrid holsters feature an open-bottom design accommodating threaded barrels and easy maintenance. A proprietary FALCO matte black finished stainless steel belt clip delivers a secure fit for belts 1.5” and 2.0” wide.
Premium pre-tanned hand-molded Italian leather offers a more comfortable carrying experience, with double the thickness of the sweat guard, shielding your gun from moisture. FALCO TalonGuard Hybrid Holsters are further customizable with options for leather color, stitching, edge color, and more.
“This design greatly enhances safety and passive retention while preserving the comfortable and quiet experience unique to leather. With TalonGuard, we offer the best of both worlds. By providing the renowned retention and safety of Kydex holsters, our customers enjoy peace of mind without sacrificing the everyday carry comfort of leather,” according to Katarina Zacharová, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at FALCO Holsters.
FALCO A910 and A911 TalonGuard Hybrid IWB Holsters are available for an MSRP of $109.95. MSRP on the A911 L light-bearing holster will run $119.95.
I like the idea of Kydex retention and safety with the comfort of leather. Options on FALCO’s website are remarkable, with just about every handgun configuration imaginable. What do you guys think of the Hybrid TalonGuard IWB Holsters? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
